Add 1 cup of mixture to bath water for adults and 1/ 2 cup for kids 10 and under of to foot soak. Hot/warm water is recommended to open pores and drain toxins. Because your pores are open, please DO NOT ADD ANY SOAP to your bath water, as this will be counter productive to the detox process. Soak 15-20 min.
